Newsbrief: Social vehicular adventure, RV There Yet?, has sold almost 1.3 million copies in just over a week. Jace Varlet, community manager at developer Nuggets Entertainment, shared the news on YouTube and explained the indie title was at one point third on Steam’s global top-selling charts.
The game had sold precisely 1,288,515 million units as of October 26, although Varlet noted the actual figure would be much higher by the time his announcement video had been published. “This is mind-blowing for everyone,” he added. “I personally can’t fathom it.”
RV There Yet? is Nugget Entertainment’s debut title. The studio is currently working on a larger project called Among The Wild, which is billed as a first-person farming simulator that involves fantastical creatures. Varlet said the success of RV There Yet? has become a huge source of inspiration for the team.
