In retro news, I’m celebrating the 14th birthday of Portal 2, one of the funniest video games ever made. I still have vivid memories of being guided by the artificial unintelligence of Wheatley (Stephen Merchant) while hungering for any new audio log from eccentric, gold-plated a-hole Cave Johnson (J. K. Simmons). The icing on the cake (that was a lie)? A rock solid 2P split-screen co-op mode.
